Cancellation Policy
Bookings are open to all registered users with an active account on our connected services platform. Appointments can be made online through the platform, website, or mobile app. Bookings are confirmed only after payment (if applicable) and receipt of a confirmation email. Services can be booked up to 7 days in advance, subject to availability. Group Bookings: For group reservations, please contact our support team at 828-302-4605.
